I absolutely love this soup however i have an issue with the amount of saturated fat in it which adds up to 80%!
Any chance you could reduce the amount of coconut milk in it and thereby, I believe, reduce the saturated fat? Anyone with any cholesterol problem would have to stay away from this. I would be buying this regularly if not for this issue. Thank you so much you are the best!

You bring up a good point about the saturated fat content in LION’S MANE that we would like to address. We acknowledge there is a higher level of saturated fat in coconut milk compared to milk alternatives. However, studies show consuming coconut milk has lowered “bad” LDL cholesterol and raised “good” HDL cholesterol and/or triglyceride levels. Coconut milk may also reduce inflammation, decrease stomach ulcer size, and fight viruses and bacteria. Coupled with the health benefits of the Lion’s Mane mushroom, this blend is still a nutritious go-to blend for brain and heart health.

Lunch seems to be the meal where I find myself slacking off the most in terms of health, these soups are the perfect fix! I love them because they can be heated up in a microwave (at work) and are incredibly portable. As someone who is into clean eating, I love being able to read and understand every single ingredient on the back. Keep up the good work!
